I am renting a medium sized room with its own bathroom right across from it. I own the townhouse and it is in a relatively good neighborhood, there are only two parking spots for the house but there are 2 guests spots in front that i always try to Snag.

I am 30 and own the home, I have a cat that is very vocal and gets bored alot because he is an only cat so I am looking for someone who already has 1 cat so the cats can keep eachother company (my cat is very nice and loveable). I usually keep to myself in my room while playing video games or I am out at the gym or visiting my mom. currently I work from home but that will change by the end of the year and I am very chill and value respect and trust. My other roomate is in the basement, she smokes 🍃 outside and has no pets. She is chill as well and keeps to herself, she is usually working alot, on trips or out with friends. We would prefer someone who is like minded as us, chill, non problematic (we dont like drama), respectful, non argumentative, an animal lover, trustworthy, CLEAN and doesn’t make noise past 11pm.
