I am a 56 yr old retired female. I am active in my church and volunteer in community groups. I spend a lot of time with my dogs that have a doggie door to the fenced backyard. My indoor/outdoor cat is quiet and also uses the doggie door (there is no litterbox). Even though I have the rental agreement month-to-month, I would like to have a longer-term tenant. Even though both rooms are not furnished, I can furnish for a bedroom and office/den.
