I’m subletting my space while I relocate to Oregon for an internship. The sublet is available through early September and includes two private rooms, providing plenty of space for a bedroom and a separate office, study area, or additional storage.
Both rooms receive plenty of natural light and will be furnished and move-in ready. The space will include a bed, dresser, desk, and couch, along with a built-in air-conditioning unit to keep it comfortable throughout the summer.
The bathroom, kitchen, and laundry facilities are shared with my roommates. The house also features a spacious backyard with a deck area, a shared room set up as a home gym, and space to store a bike if needed.
The house is conveniently located near Roosevelt Station, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and several public transit options, providing easy access to the University District, downtown Seattle, and surrounding neighborhoods. Free street parking is also available.
Rent is $900 per month, with utilities and Wi-Fi included, so there are no additional monthly costs. A $450 security deposit is required.
This is a great option for a student, intern, or working professional looking for a comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located short-term place to stay.
