I’m subletting my space while I relocate to Oregon for an internship. The sublet is available through early September and includes two private rooms, providing plenty of space for a bedroom and a separate office, study area, or additional storage.

Rent is $900 per month, with utilities and Wi-Fi included, so there are no additional monthly costs. A $450 security deposit is required.
