Private, fully furnished room available in Wendell Falls. The bedroom comes with its own bathroom, TV, dresser and closet. You will also receive your own community pass to have access to the community pools and gym. Additionally, I have a gym set up in the garage with a Peloton Tread+ and Bike+, and weights that you are welcome to use. An outdoor parking space is available for your vehicle on the property.

Hello! My name is Claudia and I’m 31 years old. I moved to Wendell Falls in 2024 and have loved living here ever since. I have a 9lbs pup named Tucker who is very sweet but does best living alone, so please no other dogs or cats (I’m very allergic to cats). I work from home 4 days a week, I’m very clean and respectful with my space, non-smoker and I start my days around 4am. I work full time for a medical device company and I’m a part-time MBA student. The house is 3bed 2.5 bathroom and your room/bathroom would be upstairs. My bedroom is downstairs. My ideal roommate would be a working professional (ages 29-35) who is also very clean.
