A room in a townhouse in the Lynhaven neighborhood near Santana Row, Valley Fair, and only about 15 minutes from Downtown San Jose! (Must be LGBT+ friendly) It would be a 1 year lease starting on August 1st 2026 PGandE and wifi are split three ways. The landlord pays for all the other utilities.
There is a living room, dining room, full kitchen (with a dishwasher) and a backyard as well as 1.5 bathrooms that are shared between all the roommates. There is coin laundry available on the property. (The backyard is pretty big, it fits a whole bouncy castle!)
About the roomies
