I have a room available near Brady Street on August 8. The backstory: My housemates and I are having to move due to our rental property being sold by the owners. The owners are letting us out of our lease, and I with their assistance, I found this place, which is available for move-in on August 8. Pricing would be 1250 total, so 625/person. Electricity split, and if you want internet you can, otherwise I have a T-mobile router that works amazingly well. I don’t have any pets of my own at this time, but if you do that’s totally cool, I love animals.

About me: I’m 41 and super chill. Easy to divvy things up with and know how to mind my business. I have a warehouse job during the day, work on the performing arts at night, and find just enough time to get a workout in. This is open to anyone. I tend to have the best living situations with other artists, musicians, service industry folks, grad students, lgbt. As of this writing, I’m signing the lease asap.
