The place is a town home with luscious greenery and a tennis/ basketball court. On the first floor there is a full kitchen, a breakfast nook, a living room, a half bath, and a sliding door out to the patio. The second floor has a master bed and bath, two other rooms, a shared bathroom, and a washer and dryer. The master bed/bath is occupied, and one other room is occupied. The room for rent is spacious with a closet and has a window that views out to the street. Street parking is readily available, and the place is a 5 min drive from UNC and a 10 min drive from Aims.

I am 20 years old and a student at Aims in the EMT program. The other two living there are my friend and my boyfriend. My boyfriend is 21 years old and is studying music at Aims. Our friend is 20 years old and working full time. We would love a roommate who we can have fun with, become friends with, and someone who is willing to help out around the house. When we aren’t working or at school, we like to play video games, go to the gym, watch movies, and go out to explore the town a bit.
