The bedroom for rent is located at 3418 West Caton Ave. near Hilton. The two other bedrooms in the home are rented separately by two other individuals (housemates). The rent is $550/month and $450 security with all utilities included. Each room includes a full size bed w/linen, chest of drawers, night stand, chair and mirror. 1 shared bath upstair and a flush in basement. Washer & dryer and fully furnished kitchen. Off-street parking is available. Bus line is just out front on W. Caton and another on Hilton. The security deposit is negotiable.
