Hello everyone! My name is Sarah, and I’m a PhD student at Case looking for a roommate starting August 15th! $725 a month for the larger bedroom (pictured but will be unfurnished) 2 BR 1 BA, parking spots available for $40 a month Hardwoods, great light, no dishwasher, window AC, laundry is in basement not far from us, second floor (elevator available) Furniture in the common spaces is mine, there is room for more if you have your own but we also get by just fine with what we have! Female/NB roommates preferred. 10 minute walk from Red Line Station, 5 minute walk from Little Italy, nice landlord and responsive maintenance Non-smoking

I am relatively clean, quite friendly and enthusiastic, and communicative. As a grad student, I work quite hard and sometimes in my room, but I also love having friends over occasionally. My partner and I are long-distance so he is only by about once every two months for a few days, and very friendly. I strongly believe communication goes a long way regarding cleaning/lack thereof, quiet time, having people over, etc. I love art, hiking, spending time with friends, water polo, skiing, reading, cooking, and many other things.
