It’s a spacious room on the 1st floor of a small apartment building just off of Route 66. It has a private bathroom and good natural light. The common area has a full kitchen that we will share, with a full fridge/freezer, oven, and microwave. The area is typically very quiet. Unfortunately, you will need to get a permit with the city of Glendora to do street parking on week nights. The room is very close to the 210 freeway.

I am the only roommate you will have. I (26M) will occupy the other bedroom and bathroom and we will share the kitchen. I keep the space tidy and generally mind my own business. I have friends over occasionally to play games or have drinks.
