This is my cute little historic apartment in cap hill! It is on the 2nd floor and has tall ceilings, large windows, hardwood floors, and a clawfoot tub. The apartment building has basement washer and dryers, indoor bike storage, on street parking, and a side garden where we grow flowers and veggies.

For bills, we only have to pay for electric and wifi which usually comes to $50/person- usually I pay for the wifi and my current roommate pays for electric since its pretty even about we can sort it out however. I apologize some of the photos aren’t great, my phone is pretty old 😅. It’s also a little more chaotic than usual with my current roommate moving out.

Note: The couch, bookshelf, and small desk in the living room are my old roommate’s and won’t be here when you move in. There will be a spot in the living room to put a computer desk if you want to. Bonus points if you have a couch!!! The bedroom will not be furnished - it’s 8ft 9 x 11ft 5, with a 5x2 foot closet.

I’m Sheyenne! I’m an animator and illustrator, I love crafting, thrifting, gardening, and camping! I tend to be pretty introverted and spend time to myself drawing, listening to vinyl, and watching movies, although I sometimes enjoy hosting a chill themed dinner or hangout with friends! I do not smoke, vape, or anything of the sort, and would prefer a roommate that doesn’t either. (Though I do burn incense occasionally) I am clean and love to decorate with a vintage/Gothic/whimsical vibe, and keep lots of plants. I’m still somewhat new to Denver, so it would be great if I could find someone also in their 20’s that I vibe with and can be friends with. 🫶

I also have a small dog named Mazey, she’s 13 and sleeps a lot but loves people. The landlord only allows one pet per apartment, unfortunately.
