About the room
Nice top floor 120sqft room for rent. Apartment is close to Freddy’s, Carrs, and Jewel Lake. I have lived here for the past 3 years, and really like the place. Shared kitchen and living room. There is no designated parking, but parking is available in the cul de sac. There is a 0 tolerance policy for smoking of any kind, building policy, and a no pet policy.
About the roomies
I am 25 years old, third year for Civil engineering at UAA, I’ve lived in the valley until recently. I don’t drink too often, and am fairly quiet, but enjoy conversation. I enjoy books, plants, and games (I have about 8 plants in the living room), and am frequently working on some sort of project. Currently fixing and flipping RC cars. I try to go paddle boarding at Jewel lake every now and then, and just bought some cross country skiis for this upcoming winter.
