Located in Albany area, on Broadway. Close to many college campuses, bars, and highways. Easy access to several bus stops. Closet and optionally available twin bed, dresser, and desk. Pictures of room and furnishing available upon inquire. Living room and kitchen are also furnished, have most appliances. No laundry on site, but located near several laundromats.

Two female college students with busy lifestyles. Welcome communication and cleanliness. Occasionally host guests, you’re welcome to do the same as long as there’s communication which we’ll provide as well. We often utilize the common areas. No smoking inside.
