It is fully furnished with a full size bed, cotton sheets, cotton blanket, new avocado pillows, a set of towels, a nightstand, desk and brand new 55ā Samsung Smart TV. You will share a large bathroom with double sinks. You will also have access to the brand new community gym and community pool in the Westlake village neighborhood. Large 11 acre city park is walking distance. The levee 1 mile away offers beautiful sunrises and a safe place to walk throughout the day. I have 3 outside cats (1 cat comes in and out) and one dog who will be in the kennel when inside. The dog mostly stays outside in the backyard. Please no overnight visitors.
About the roomies
