$1000 for rent+$100 for utilities each month. I will still take care of all utility bills.
Right in the middle of Panama City, everything is easily accessible within 5 minutes. Yard maintenance is all taken care of by workers and 1 minute walk to a public in ground pool. 15 minute drive to the beach.
The home is semi-furnished, I am moving out within the month and need someone to rent the master bedroom I was staying in. I am the home owner. It’s spacious and has access to a private attached bathroom with shower.
You’ll have full access to the kitchen with all appliances, living room with a futon & couches, and laundry room. Includes Washer & Dryer. Brand new HVAC system installed 1 month ago. Central heating and cooling. Home interior was remodeled 3 years ago. You will have your own parking spot right at the entrance to the home.
