Fully furnished private bedroom along with a private bathroom available at the moment in an exceptionally clean and peaceful house occupied by nice and laid-back roommates. Rent will be paid monthly and will include all the bills, which will give you the chance to stay here either temporarily or for a longer period of time depending on your preference; however, I prefer having someone stay for a longer period of time. You will have access to the kitchen, the dining area, the living room, the washing machine and dryer, and all other communal spaces in the house. Public transport is easily accessible from the house as well as shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. A responsible, organized, and polite person who can appreciate a peaceful and drama-free place is what I am looking for. Pets are allowed as long as they behave.
