Upstairs private unfurnished room BUT includes a full sized base, mattress and box spring for use or you can bring your own furniture with upstairs bathroom (currently no one else lives upstairs) available in our 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home. You’ll have full access to your space, while upstairs also includes a home office and a game room (husband’s space) Laundry is available downstairs.

We have a simple application process, including a background check and proof of renters insurance. We’ll also have a casual meet-up or virtual call to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone.

We enjoy cooking, Husband likes to PC game, baking, movies, shows, anime, kdrama and trying new foods.
