Hi! I’m looking for a preferably female roommate for my 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at Stillwater at Grandview Cove in Simpsonville.

Rent is about $775 per month, plus internet, electricity, and natural gas utilities, which are split evenly.

The bedroom for rent has a walk-in closet and your own bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is on the third floor - no upstairs neighbors! - and has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, a nice balcony, a fireplace in the living room, and a 5 pound tub of protein powder.

The apartment complex has a community gym, pool, grilling area, and other amenities. It’s a safe and overall pretty quiet area, just a few minutes away from several grocery stores, pharmacies, and a Waffle House.

I have a small cat who mostly sleeps. No other pets please. Non-smoking; any non-tobacco smoking needs to stay outside.

Looking for someone on the quiet side who is clean, respectful of shared spaces, and will pay rent on time.

I’m a 27 y/o woman with a job in horticulture. I enjoy plants (of course), music, art, writing, and hiking. I am LGBTQ+ friendly.
