About the room
We have amazing neighbors and a chill landlord. Our apartment is on the second floor so no upstairs neighbors, and the neighbors are never noisy. For students, we are a 2 minute drive from Cal Poly Humboldt. The property is also right on the edge of some redwoods and is relatively secluded.
About the roomies
My partner and I live in the room next to yours, and we are both students at Cal Poly Humboldt (I’m an Elementary Education major and my partner is a Film major). We are very chill and easygoing, in our free time usually either gaming or watching shows/movies. We are also great at staying clean; my partner and I clean the apartment every other week and are always cleaning the kitchen since it likes to get dirty quick.
Our neighbors are all either current students or recent graduates, so all of them around college age (20s). They are very sweet and if you’re a social butterfly, they have expressed that they would love to have movie nights, game nights, etc. with us if that’s something you’re interested in.
