Private furnished room is currently available in a warm home complete with amenities such as washer/dryer and high speed Internet. We are seeking individuals who are clean and responsible, males or females. The rent will include kitchen access, dinning room, and living room access. Monthly rent is $660. This includes all utilities with exception of electric bill (approx. $20) Parking space is available on streets adjacent to the property. No smoking, no partying. Immediate occupancy is possible.
