3 bed, 2 bath house, with a big backyard and garden. Fully furnished room. Large Buddhist shrine in the main room, neat! Nestled in residential Seguin, in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to HEB and restaurants. All utilities included. Smoking tobacco or weed is fine, but it must be done outside. No other drugs please!
About the roomies
I am a slightly older single man from Burma. My English is just sufficient, but I’m still learning. I keep a quiet and clean home and don’t party much. I love to cook traditional food and am very friendly and kind. My dog, Baby, is a white, medium sized husky type. She is friendly and doesn’t bite, but she loves to run around the yard. I usually keep her kept away so she shouldn’t be a bother. Occasionally I may have a friend over but it’s chill.
