So, due to the Corona Virus, I lost my tenant… She was in the travel industry and had to move back to Cabo. I have an almost 2000 sq ft home with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I have an almost 2000 sq ft home with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has central A/C and heat, a tankless water heater, and a washer and dryer in the house. The room is 133 sq ft and has a private entrance. It currently has a queen size bed in it. If you have your own furniture, I can remove what is in there. The bathroom is shared with the other tenant. Alll utitities, toiletries, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies are included. I know this is a tough time to move so I am willing to work with you on security deposit and even rent within reason (possibly push out the due date on some of the rent and security deposit). I am a 46 yr old divorced mom of 2. My 19 yr old daughter is a dance major at CSULB and she lives here. I also have my very well mannered 9 yr old son 50% of the time. The other tenant is a 56 yr old professional woman and she is super chill and fun to hang out with. Actually we all are. We are very responsible but also like to have some drinks too. We are looking for another female who will mesh well with us.
