We’re looking for someone to join our welcoming home, located in a quiet, safe neighborhood less than a 5-minute drive from the Denver Tech Center (DTC), with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and major highways.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with lots of natural light and plenty of shared space to enjoy. The bedroom available is unfurnished, so you can make it your own, closet and you’ll have your own private bathroom located just outside the bedroom (additional storage outside of the bedroom is limited, so this home is best suited for someone who does not need a lot of extra storage space).

The shared areas of the home are furnished and include a comfortable living room, TVs, your own bathroom, washer and dryer, and a large backyard with a beautiful deck—perfect for relaxing or enjoying Colorado’s weather. The house also has a pool and hot tub that you can enjoy year-round.

Street parking is always available right in front of the house.

We also share the home with two very sweet dogs—a Golden Retriever and a Mini Australian Shepherd—who love meeting new people and will definitely brighten your day. At this time, we are not able to accommodate additional pets since we already have two dogs in the house.

You’ll be living with three friendly and respectful roommates:

Sofía (27) is a full-time graduate student at CU. Matt (32) is an engineer who works in the DTC area. Jenny (24) works in healthcare.

We are easygoing, clean, organized, and respectful of each other’s space. We enjoy having a friendly home environment while also valuing privacy and quiet time. We’re looking for someone responsible, considerate, and excited to be part of a comfortable shared home.
