Private room available in a 3/2.5 townhouse. Bathroom is shared with one other female roommate. Gated community with pool. Washer/dryer available. Roommate has access to all common areas. Small dog lives in the home so preferably no other pets. Rent + utilities are usually $1000-$1100 per month.

Roommates are 2 females, ages 42 and 37. Both work in healthcare. One roommate works from home so quiet needed during work hours. We don’t party but we do have friends over to hang out. We’re open to welcoming the new roomie into the group or we can leave you alone if that’s preferred. We love the lord and attend church regularly.
