Hello! Very spacious apartment. Beautiful exposed brick. First floor. Tons of natural light. Washer and dryer in unit. Utilities included. Great kitchen. Open floor plan. Huge room. Walk in closet. Loft style bedroom. I built a ladder and put a twin bed on the platform above the closet. The mattress is only 6 months old if you want to keep it but the loft area could also be used for storage space. Also outside pool and gym (I will send pics of room and Marquis soon request)

Roommate is a 28 year old male with the CUTEST dog Sammie. Genuinely sad to be leaving them but I have a job opportunity back home in Georgia. Marquis is the cleanest guy I’ve ever met like he mops lol. He is an engineer for planes in the military. He is in college online I think he is going for his PHD so if he isn’t at work he is doing homework in his room. As a lesbian woman I would describe him as an emotionally intelligent gym bro haha. He takes meal prepping seriously so he cooks once’s a week and he is all set. I’m in culinary school online so I have the kitchen to myself most of the time. Sammie is a very gentle cane corso. She is trained super well. I will cry when I leave seriously have 0 complaints. I want to make sure whoever takes over my portion of the lease is responsible and respectful to them.
