The house is located right by UCCS, so it’s perfect student housing! However, being a student is not a requirement. The house has four bedrooms, so every tenant will have their own bedroom, but also, there are plenty of common areas as well, such as a garage; a large, fenced backyard; a kitchen with oven, stove top, microwave, fridge, freezer, etc.; a washer and dryer; a sunroom with a treadmill and TV; etc.

The $600 per month does not include internet and utilities, which will cost about another $100 once split evenly. A pet brings the rent up $50 (to $650).

The security deposit is $600, but most tenets get that back, but a pet brings the deposit up to $900.

My name is Andy, and I am a tenant living here. I recently received my master’s. So, I mostly work or am in my room working quietly on personal research projects. I live in one of the rooms upstairs.

Tyler lives in one of the rooms downstairs, but he is also very quiet and friendly.

We are both very clean people and prefer that people moving in are able to clean up after themselves, but we are very easy going and easy to get along with.
