Looking for a fourth roommate to join our apartment in downtown Newmarket. Great location — easy commute for UNH students, or anyone working in the Dover/Portsmouth area. Rent is $550/month, which includes WiFi but not including utilities.

The available room is on the smaller side compared to the others, with a sloped attic ceiling and a skylight that brings in great natural light. For the price, it’s hard to beat. Plenty of past roommates have made it work well.

Month-to-month lease. Laundry is nearby. Sorry, no pets.

About the roomies
