The Room is in an upstairs apartment and is a clean empty room with a closet. Nothing fancy but is in a good location.

I am a 42 year old male that lives alone. I am extremely kind and understanding and am always working on my self to grow my soul and be the best person I can possibly be. I Don’t drink or smoke and would ask the same of a roommate as I like to keep a clean place that smells fresh and not like smoke or anything. I’m looking for a kind and considerate roommate as the right fit is most important. I am at home most of the time as well and like a person that will keep the place as peaceful as it is now:)
