This is a 2-bed, 1.5-bath shared penthouse on SE Belmont. It features an open floor plan with massive bedrooms and in-unit laundry. We also have private roof access that overlooks downtown.

The penthouse sits right above a local pub with great food and ambiance. Since we’re the only residential unit in the building, our entrance is privately gated for extra security and privacy. You can’t hear the pub at all from upstairs, so noise is never an issue!

The location is really great—walking distance to Laurelhurst Park, Mt. Tabor Park, and Fred Meyer. It’s also right down the street from what I’m pretty sure is the cheapest gas station in the city lol

I’m 24 years old (he/him), an Oregon State grad, and pretty laid back. I work at Trader Joe’s, and in my free time, I write and produce music (singing, guitar, messing around in Ableton), do photography and videography, and love pretty much anything outdoors (hiking, running, climbing). When I’m just relaxing at home, I like watching movies or playing games.

I’m a relaxed person, but I definitely appreciate keeping the house clean and being respectful of shared spaces. I previously lived with friends in Corvallis and really loved the experience of hanging out with roommates. I enjoy hosting every once in a while, whether it’s a game night, dinner, a BBQ, or a casual party.

What I’m Looking For: I’m pretty open, but I’m ideally looking for someone in their 20s to early 30s who is friendly and wants to feel connected to the space. If you’re into hanging out or even collaborating on creative projects, that would be a huge plus, but there is absolutely no pressure!
