Just me and my 10 year old, very well behaved husky live in this 2350 sqft 4 bedroom 3 full bath house.

Private rental space includes TWO bedrooms upstairs, one has a brand new bed, mattress and dresser, other room is empty. Private full bathroom right next to bedrooms with 2 sinks. Both bedrooms and entire home have brand new carpet.

Upstairs communal space includes the loft, there is a desk and printer to use. Two brand new washer/dryer combo units, wash and dry your cloths in one machine! Red light therapy room, very good for overall health. And finally an inversion table, decompress your spine daily.

Downstairs communal space includes the kitchen with all the pots and pans, plates dishes and cups you will need, room for more if you bring yours as well. There is a little theater downstairs as well with a newly installed KEF surround sound for you to use. There is another bathroom downstairs for everyone to use. We also have a Cold Plunge that gets down to 39 degrees in the back yard, it is always cold and clean. I use it every morning and you are welcome to as well.

Access to two community pools, one with a children’s splash pad, a pickleball court, several parks, and the loop right behind the house.

Access to the garage as well with plenty of space to store stuff if needed. There is driveway parking and plenty of street parking for guests.

It’s just me and my 10 year old, well behaved husky. I am 35, own a construction company. I work from home about 50% of the time. I am very clean and am looking for a someone who will help keep the house clean.
