I’m looking for a respectful, clean, and responsible roommate to rent one of two private upstairs bedrooms in my 2,700 sq ft home. The upstairs has two bedrooms that share one full bathroom, plus a large upstairs living area that’s available for tenants to enjoy. The two bedrooms for rent are not backing each other and the bathroom does not have a door connecting to either room. I live downstairs, so everyone has plenty of privacy and personal space. I hope that by finding single occupants, we can ensure that each occupant has equal access to shared facilities.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is ideal for working professionals or graduate students looking for a peaceful place to come home to after work or school.
