About the room
Looking for a roommate to take over my lease. The room is a furnished master bedroom with your own private bathroom in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in San Gabriel. It comes with a bed, desk, chair, and plenty of closet space, so it’s ready to move in.
The apartment has in-unit washer and dryer, a full kitchen, a comfortable shared living room, and secure building access. The area is very convenient, with a Chinese grocery store downstairs and lots of restaurants, boba shops, and stores nearby. Temple City is about a 10-minute walk away.
Rent is $1,250/month. Looking for someone to take over the room through January, with the option to continue month-to-month afterward.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the apartment with one female young professional. She is clean, quiet, respectful, and keeps a regular work schedule. The apartment has a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, and you’ll have plenty of privacy with your own bedroom and bathroom.
I’m moving out, so I’m looking for a female tenant to take over my room and sign the lease through the leasing office. Happy to send a video tour or arrange an in-person viewing!
