The room is spacious and features a large closet with plenty of additional storage space. It is located in a cozy 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse-style apartment with friendly, respectful neighbors. One of the best parts of living here is the location—we’re just a 10-minute walk from the coast and have a beautiful nature trail right in our backyard. The apartment is also conveniently close to grocery stores and only about a 15-minute drive from the UCSB campus, making it a great balance of nature and convenience. Additional Details: Shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom upstairs between the two bedrooms. Half bathroom downstairs. On-laundry (pay per cycle). About the roomies

We are a young couple of working professionals who enjoy living a balanced and respectful lifestyle. My boyfriend works in construction and is also a high school football coach, while I am a personal trainer and a graduate of the Psychology program at UCSB. In our free time, we enjoy relaxing at home, golfing, hiking, staying active (I am a BIG gymrat), and living life to the fullest. We’re definitely homebodies rather than partiers and enjoy keeping a small circle of close friends. We value a clean, peaceful home and are considerate of our neighbors and the people we live with.
