It’s a pretty good sized room with a lot of closet space. Carpeted floors & central AC, right next to the bathroom. You would be sharing the bathroom with me, which has some space for linens & any of your personal items.

We also do have a shared office, which Avery uses for work during the day. The family room is bright & we’re on the back of the house so lots of privacy. We have a deck so if you ever just wanna sit out in the sun or have a coffee in the morning, that’s an option for you too.

About the roomies

We’ve (28f & 29f) been living together for almost 5yrs. I also have a 13yr old dog who mostly just lays around all day. We would be open to living with someone else with a small dog, but you would have to pay a pet deposit / rent with the leasing agency.

I work early hours at a bakery & Avery works from home during the day. We like watching movies & shows together or just doing our own thing. Our house feels like a home. We don’t share food or personal items but we’re pretty comunal in terms of kitchenware & even just take turns buying the laundry detergent (you don’t have to do that, but we’re open to it). We would love to live with someone that we could be friends with. Nobody has to be attached at the hip but it’s nice to have a lil community at home.
