If you want to rent the whole basement where the .5 bathroom is located with a private entrance, thats only partially furnished. And the rent is higher. There are multiple living areas in the home you can access and a dining room. Kitchen is fully stocked if you like to cook.
About the roomies
We are a couple 57 and 42. We have 2 Amazon parrots who reside on the main floor. We are tidy people and expect roommates to be clean as well. We host get togethers with friends about 1x monthly. Nothing crazy just dinner drinks and cards. We like the benefits of communal living, we get extra income, we make a new friend and in return we offer a peaceful atmosphere with polite people for a fraction of the cost of setting up your own fully furnished and decorated house.
