Hello, I’m looking for a roommate for a private room in a 2bed 1 bath apt for $1600/month, utilities and internet not included. Cobble Hill/Carroll Gardens area.
About the apartment/room: • Washer/dryer in unit • Dishwasher in unit • Wall A/C in each room. • Bedroom is decently sized with closet and a/c. • (Wardrobe and mattress/bed included but can be moved out.) • Bathroom is shared but kept clean and tidy • Kitchen has lots of light and a pretty view of the backyard. • Recently upgraded appliances • Kitchen furnished, living room semi-furnished (plenty of room to bring your own furniture or decor)
About the location: • Located in Cobble Hill. • Peaceful neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars, pharmacies, cafes, shops, and grocery stores nearby. • (Many cute cafes and spots within a few blocks/on the same block) • Building has a backyard outdoor seating area • F/G train is a 10 minute walk.
About the roomies
About roommate: I’m a 24yo female college student and digital artist, looking for another female student or working professional to room with. I usually don’t have people over and don’t spend too much time in common areas while I’m in the apartment! I do a lot from home at the moment, but stay in my room. No pets. I really care about keeping things clean and organized!
