Hi ladies! I’m looking for a female roommate for a 2 bdr, 1bath apartment on the Santa Monica/Brentwood border with an August 1st move-in. 1 yr lease. Deposit is 1st mo rent.

The apartment has a spacious living room, balcony, on-site laundry, and parking. Total rent is $2,480, so we’d split it 50/50. A little about me: I’m 35 and work as a server at a restaurant in Brentwood. I also have a background in fine art photography. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the beach, photography, reading, yoga, and other creative or relaxing activities. I’m more introverted than extroverted and really value a calm, comfortable home. I’m clean, respectful and considerate. I’m looking for someone who is mature, communicative, and exceptionally clean. Keeping shared spaces spotless is very important to me, so I’m hoping to find someone who naturally takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized home.
