We’re a small household on a quiet, tree-canopied property where we’ve hosted 100+ gatherings over the past three years: music, fire, food, and honest conversation, all substance-free. Two of us live here full-time, and we share meals, projects, and the kind of everyday care that makes a house feel like it’s holding you.
The house: big open kitchen, porch and balcony under the oaks, gym, laundry, and a huge fenced backyard with a fire circle and patio. Two sweet cats already live here; you’re welcome to bring a dog.

Bright and quiet, perfect for a minimalist: $550/mo Each is +$95/mo flat for all utilities + high-speed internet. 6-month minimum lease; we’re hoping to find people who want to stay a year or more.
We are in our 30s. Love flow arts: acroyoga, thai massage, fire spinning and healing arts: yoga, sound bowls, etc.
For work, we are entrepreneurs and work in tech, coaching, and construction.
