Rent $750 per month per person, with utilities and fees costing an additional estimated $120 per month per person. Total expected monthly expenses $870 per person. Location near Cedar Springs Rd and Dallas North Tollway 10 minutes from UT Southwestern Medical Center near the Oak Lawn neighborhood. Gated parking available. Washer and Dryer in unit. Apartment is on the second floor. The unit is split floors, with the available bedroom on the second floor. I am willing to switch bedrooms pending discussion, especially for those with mobility difficulties. Private stairwell to entry and back balcony patio. Resident pool in complex. Unit has granite counter tops, a fireplace, and central A/C & heating.

I am a healthcare graduate student on a 8-5 schedule M-F. I enjoy cooking, art, and nature and spend a lot of time studying. I rarely have guests, keep common areas tidy, and don’t leave dishes in the sink. Non-smoker but fine with outdoor smokers. I do not have pets but love animals and would be willing to accommodate a dog or two cats. I can get along with a lot of personality types so long as there is respect and clear communication. Comfortable rooming with any gender or age. My previous roommate can provide a character reference.
