A beautiful family home is seeking the right person to share its calm, welcoming energy. The available space is a quiet, unfurnished main bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, off-street parking, access to a laundry room, and some storage. The house itself is fully furnished—purposefully sparse and uncluttered—with a well-equipped kitchen, a large open-plan living area with a fireplace, and a separate office room so you can have your own dedicated workspace. There is also a lovely back deck featuring a cold plunge for those who appreciate a refreshing reset.

I’m hoping to find someone who communicates well, with good humor, practices accountability, and both honors and maintains clear boundaries. Financial stability is important, and because I don’t own the house, the landlord will need to complete a standard approval process (which they’ve handled smoothly before).
