Our children have grown up and moved out, and we’ve realized this beautiful home is simply too large for the two of us. Rather than let it sit empty, we’d love to share it with responsible, considerate tenants who will appreciate its warmth and charm.

We are typically away during the weekdays for work and are home primarily on weekends. Our goal is to provide a peaceful, clean, and welcoming living environment where everyone feels comfortable and at home while still enjoying their own privacy.

We are offering the five bedrooms on the main and upper levels as individual rentals, making this an excellent option for healthcare professionals, graduate students, faculty, traveling professionals, or anyone looking for a quiet, upscale place to call home.
