About the property

Looking for someone to take care of my loft for 6 monthsat least. Loft is ideal for SINGLE PERSON ONLY. Female preferred but open. NO CRIMINAL RECORDS. It’s an upstairs unit, not ideal for pets or children. 1bed/ 1bath, kitchen and living room. Balcony. Garage attached. Located near shopping area and freeway. Can leave furnished with my items for $100 fee. Can leave my wifi for fee $70. Ideal for corrections workers, traveling nurses, or someone just needing a few months of housing. I plan to return after 6mos so please understand it is not permanent.
