Private Bedroom with Private Bathroom – The Arts at South Austin – $800/month I’m looking for a roommate to rent a private bedroom with its own private bathroom in my apartment at The Arts at South Austin. Rent: $800/month Pet rent: +$30/month if you have a pet (per apartment policy) Utilities: Water included. Electricity will be put in the new roommate’s name. I will keep internet and renter’s insurance in my name. Apartment Features: Private bedroom and private bathroom Pool Brand new fitness center/gym Business center Convenient South Austin location Important note: The apartment does not have a washer or dryer, and there is no on-site laundry facility.
