I have a large basement room in my house in a very nice quiet safe neighborhood in Broomfield. This is a single occupancy with your own bathroom and furnished. Room is clean, cozy and you have a lot of privacy. I am looking for somebody that is mature, professional that wants a place that is quiet, safe, clean and comfortable. This is a place to come home to. It is a smoke and drug free home, no 420 and not at drinking party home. I respect everyone’s right to partake but prefer not to be around it at home. I am not a neat freak, but I like some semblance of cleanliness and order. We will each pick up after ourselves promptly. Sorry, no pets , I have a very well behaved dog. With that being said, you must be comfortable with animals, my dog. I expect respect, accountability and honesty. I am easy-going lady, I am very active and I keep busy. No couples, no working from home, no people coming and going, no overnight and no working from home. I am looking for a professional tenant that is clean, quiet, respectful and considerate.
