Gentleman here, offering a room in a townhouse. My wife will move out soon. Female roommate preferred. Families ok, but up to only 2 kids (there’s only so much space…).
Property: subdivision of leased townhouses. Area: suburban, good schools, safe to the point of boring. Walmart and other stores/restaurants within 7 miles.
About the roomies
