Hi! My current roommate is moving out of Asheville and I’m looking for someone to move in to my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom here in West Asheville. The property is a 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom duplex. It has a small from yard with a porch and a large backyard with a patio. There is an in unit washer and dryer, along with a kitchen and living room that is furnished. The utilities usually run $100-150 per person which is internet, electric, and water. The neighborhood is very quiet and I’ve never had any issues with the neighbors. This side of the duplex has our own driveway as well.
