About the room

-Available Now: lease ends on 7/15/2027. -Large Bedroom: 13x13.5 ft with a walk-in closet (see pics). -Private Bathroom with full tub: all yours (see pics). -The room is currently my office/storage but will get that cleared out if and when someone jumps on this and moves in! -Plenty of kitchen cabinets for storage and storage throughout. -Parking: large lots in front. If you’d like a designated parking spot, I believe the additional prices are as follows: Reserved spot $25/month, Covered spot $75/month (optional). Never an issue finding a spot. -Pets are welcome!!: happy to help with any pet logistics. I wish I could have one, just don’t have time to have one of my own unfortunately. There is a deposit and pet rent of some sort here, unless you have an ESA, then it varies. I am happy to ask about the fee/deposit details.

What’s Included in the Rent & Cost Estimate: -Included: Wi-Fi, valet trash & trash removal, pest control, water & sewer (that’s split between each building and added into rent portal as ‘part of the rent’). -Utilities Breakdown: water/sewer is added into the rent portal and I have paid no more than $17. Electricity (I have an account with Duke, and have paid no more than $55/month). -Estimated total per person: $700-$850 (higher end only if you take long showers lol or leave the lights on). -Deposit: $750 per person (I already paid mine when I moved in at the beginning of the year). -Move-in timing: If you move in some time in July, you’d pay a prorated share of July’s rent to me (since I’ve already paid July). -Screening: The Apartment complex requires an application to be filled out to run a background and credit check. Low credit is usually ok as long as there are no evictions or any other negative rental (legal) history. Usually a quick turnaround for this process.

Location: South of South Park (about 8 mins), near Quail Hollow, and Little Sugar Creek Greenway, with easy access to 77/485/85. Close to restaurants, bus stops, train access, shopping and the mall.

About the roomies

-About Me: I’m a female in my early 30s — I work a lot, I’m social but also a homebody. I love running, traveling, reading, golf, and anything that gets me outside. I moved here from Minnesota about a year and a half ago and absolutely love it! -I’m not great at decorating, so if this feels like a fit, feel free to bring any furniture to help make it feel like your home as well!
