Hello, my name is Jason,I have a great house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is a large living room for tenant use exclusively. The bedrooms are upstairs, the one bathroom is shared between the two tenants, but mine is accessible as well. The large kitchen and laundry are shared spaces. There is a large fenced in yard, nice garden and a bunch of shade trees. There is a covered patio in the backyard as well. The street is quiet and safe and is on the Orchard Park border. The two car garage is for use of tenants in the Winter months. I will keep the driveway clear and handle all property maintenence. The house is well maintained and clean. Upon the signing of a lease I will install A/C units at no cost to you. I will pay internet and water, the rest of the utilities would be split to 1/3 each

I am currently the only person living at 52 Kennedy Dr. I have a French Bulldog named Pearl who you will end up loving as much as I do. Nothing but happiness and cuddles from her. I keep to myself but am accessible for any of your problems, and 100% willing to help you out with stuff. Once you are here, we are a team and roommates. I am personable and easy to get along with. I am an open minded, liberal, hetero male LGBTQ are absolutely welcome, all races and creeds as well. This is a non-judgemental property.
