About the room
2 floor condo with 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms with a cute front garden. It’s a cool adobe modern mix with fun windows. The room has its own private attached bath and walk in closet. It is big enough to fit a kind bed in it. It’s unfurnished right now but we are willing to furnish it for a bit more tacked on to rent and deposit.
The interior is newer construction with gas stove, washer and dryer in unit, and central AC. It’s in a prime location, on 11th and Silver in SW ABQ. It’s walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, parks, and the Saturday farmers market. It’s 5-10 min from hospitals and UNM which is perfect for nurses and students. It’s also within 15-20 min of everything in ABQ.
There is plenty of safe on-street parking. The building has two coded gates on either side. WiFi, water and garbage are included in rent so the only bills we would split is Electricity and Gas.
About the roomies
Jeremy (hubby) originally from nyc. Is working on summer break projects from home m-f 9-5 while mostly getting ready for university at UNM in the fall. focused on getting settled in ABQ and enjoys yoga, painting, cooking and movies. Most likely find him wanting to have tea, talk about a movie, make a nice cocktail and have a bbq or dinner party. Can be convinced now and then to go to a show!
Noah (me) originally from ABQ which is how we found our way here. Currently works 7-7 as a surgery tech in a hospital. Tends to be a bit more introverted til I know you. Also the one more likely to let loose at a show tho. When we have weekends off we like to go explore New Mexico.
The pups: well behaved and hypo allergenic poodle mixes. Harvey is a bit more chill big bother and Izzy his little sister is excited by the world.
