The room is a private guest bedroom with a private guest bathroom in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath recently renovated home near DeLand High School. The house has a screened-in back porch, a fenced backyard, and is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Washer and dryer in house. Full use of kitchen.

The vibe here is laid-back. I’m generally pretty quiet and usually spend my evenings watching YouTube with my headphones on, so this isn’t a party house.

I have two friendly, chill cats. They do well with dogs, and compatibility with another cat would depend on personalities.

I’m looking for someone who:

• Is clean, respectful, and pays bills on time.
• Isn’t interested in throwing house parties or getting sloppy drunk on a regular basis.
• Has a job, school, or hobbies that get them out of the house from time to time.
• Is okay with the fact that I use medical marijuana.
